The villa faces due south, with unobstructed views over Basse-terre, Les Saintes and Marie-Galante!

In addition to its optimal orientation, which allows for natural ventilation of the living areas and the installation of blackout windows to manage natural light, the villa is also equipped with :

- Arainwater recovery tank,

- Arecycling bin for plastic and paper,

The villa is all on one level, with a coherent layout of rooms:

- Comprising 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suite shower rooms,

- The living room, terrace and kitchen are organized around the pool,

- A separate room for an office or play area,

- Secure parking for 2 cars, with an external socket for plugging in and recharging electric rental vehicles.

- A landscaped garden, with space for a boules pitch and outdoor ping pong table.

A tourist tax of €4 per adult (over 18) per night will be charged at check-in.
